Delete your Snoops account

You can delete your Snoops account at any time, right in the app:

1. Open the Snoops app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, confirm once more with Face ID.

Can't use the app? Email [email protected] from the email address you sign in with, and we'll reply within 21 days, as our Privacy Policy says.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, profile photo, gender, date of birth and mobile number
• Your pet profiles and their photos
• Favourites, browsing history, notifications and phone alert settings
• Bank details for payouts, and ID verification photos
• Listings that were never booked (booked listings are hidden and their photos removed)

What is kept, and for how long

Records of bookings, payments, refunds and payouts are kept for 7 years, without your name, as required for tax and to handle disputes. Chats and reviews stay with those bookings. See the Privacy Policy for details.

When you can't delete yet

To protect everyone's money and pets, deletion waits until you have no booking in progress or still to come, no unpaid checkout, no earnings still to be paid to you, and no refund on its way.
